Cancelling an order

- Any order can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed , provided it has not yet been processed. To cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns

- You have 30 days from receipt of the shipment to report a return.

- To start the process, please contact us at manetta.kontakt@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your package.

The customer is required to return the goods in accordance with the instructions provided. After receiving the returned product or confirmation of its shipment, the funds will be refunded within 7 working days using the same method used for payment. The customer may agree to another return solution that does not involve any costs.
