We recommend hand washing to maintain softness and durability. If machine washing, select a delicate cycle and a maximum temperature of 30°C.
Avoid using a tumble dryer – this will keep the materials soft and extend their lifespan.
Currently, we only offer sets in one consistent bra and panty size. This ensures that the sets will fit perfectly together.
However, we understand that the ability to choose different sizes is important – we plan to introduce this option in the future.

Payment can be made via:

Your order may have been automatically canceled if the system detected incorrect payment or shipping details.
To avoid problems on your next attempt, please make sure all your card details (number, expiration date, security code) and billing address are correct.
To purchase a gift card, select the "Gift Card" product in our store, select the amount and place your order.
Please note: Gift cards are only sent via email (no physical copies). After purchase, you'll receive two emails: one with confirmation and the second with the card code and instructions for use. You can forward this email to the recipient.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be used as a form of payment in our store.

Yes, every order is shipped in neutral, elegant, unmarked packaging, ensuring no one knows what's inside. Discretion and comfort during delivery are fully guaranteed.
You can track your order status using the tracking number we provide after your package ships. You can also check the status by visiting the "Track your order" tab. Enter your order number and email address/phone number or tracking number.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team within 15 minutes of placing your order.
We will make every effort to cancel your order, but please note that cancellations are not guaranteed. Our warehouse team ships all orders as quickly as possible, so your order may already be processed by the time we receive your request.

To ensure speedy delivery, your order may have been sent in multiple packages. Don't worry—the remaining items should arrive soon! You can check your shipment tracking details in your email notifications.
If you do not see a different tracking number, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.
The average delivery time is 5-12 business days; we continually work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Occasionally, delivery delays may occur, and this time may be slightly longer.
It may take several days for your shipment status to be updated. If your package hasn't arrived within 60 business days, please contact us! We'll send you a replacement or issue a refund.
RETURNS
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it.

- Complete the returns form (you will receive it in the return email).
- Send the parcel to the supplier's warehouse - international registered/tracked shipment.
- Please send us your tracking details via email.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is damaged, please contact us by email at kontakt@manetta.pl with your order number and photos of the defect. If your complaint is approved, we will either send a replacement product at our expense or issue a refund.
