How do I place an order?

It's very simple! Just find the product you are interested in and click "Add to cart". You can add more products or proceed to finalize the order by clicking "Complete shopping". Then fill in the shipping details and choose the payment method.

When will the order be processed?

We will begin processing your order immediately after your payment has been received.

When will I receive order confirmation?

Once you have placed your order, we will immediately send a confirmation to the email address or phone number you provided. The message will contain all the key information about your shipment. If you cannot find the confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you do not find it, please contact us.

Where can I find my order identification number?

Your order number can be found in the purchase confirmation email you receive immediately after placing your order. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. If you have any problems, please contact us.

How do I contact customer service?

Payment methods

How can I pay for my order?

Payment can be made via:

- fast PayU transfer,

- BLIK mobile payment,

- card payment,

- traditional bank transfer to account number 66 2490 0005 0000 4530 0057 9439 (please provide the order number in the title).

When will I receive payment confirmation?

- In case of online payment (quick transfer, BLIK) confirmation will be sent immediately to the provided e-mail address.

- When paying by card, confirmation is a message about the order being accepted.

Can I pay by traditional transfer?

Yes, just transfer the appropriate amount to the provided account number, providing your details and order number in the title. The implementation will begin after the payment has been posted.

Changes to order

Until when can I cancel my order?

It can be cancelled until it goes through. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within an hour of purchase.

Can I change order details (color, size, delivery address)?

Yes, as long as the order has not yet been sent for processing. To make changes, please contact us by email ( manetta.kontakt@gmail.com ) or via the form on the website.


Complaints

How do I make a complaint about a defective product?

If the product is damaged, please contact us by email at manetta.kontakt@gmail.com with your order number and photos showing the defect. After a positive response to the complaint, we can send a new product at our expense or refund the money.

What to do if products are missing from your order?

To speed up delivery, products may be shipped in separate packages, so delivery times for individual items in your order may vary.

What is the time frame for a return?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to make a return. Please contact us for more information.

What are your shipping options?

Orders are sent via Poczta Polska or Pocztex courier. In the case of international shipments, the local operator handles the delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery is always free , regardless of the order value.

Where can I track my shipment?

The tracking number for your package is sent in the shipping confirmation email. You can check its status on the website: https://parcelsapp.com/en

Can I pay cash on delivery?

We do not offer cash on delivery, but we do allow payment by traditional bank transfer.

How long does delivery take?

The average delivery time is 4-10 business days , we are constantly working to get our orders out as quickly as possible. Sometimes there may be delays on the supplier's side and this time may be slightly longer.

Why isn't the status of my shipment changing?

It may take a few days to update the status of your shipment. If your package does not arrive within 60 business days , please contact us! We will send you a new product or refund your money.

Where are orders shipped from?

Parcels are sent by our partner outside the European Union because we do not have a warehouse in Poland.
